This picture was taken last night at a party in L.A. That dude is DJ AM, who up until recently, had been dating Nicole Richie. They had broken up again, and I didn't report on it, because well, I didn't care. They broke up once before and got together, so I was waiting around for some more concrete evidence that they were staying apart.
Well, according to witnesses, Lindsay Lohan and DJ AM were getting pretty close at this party. Doing a lot of chatting. Meh. Wouldn't put it past the Firecrotch to go after someone's ex. Especially someone she used to hang out with.
