Reality stars Dog the Bounty Hunter and fiancee Beth were set to get married this past Saturday. Sadly, the day before, his 23-year-old daughter, Barbara Katy Chapman, was killed in a car accident.
Dog and Beth got the family together to decide whether to have the wedding that day or not. Everyone agreed to go ahead, and to use it as a day to also celebrate the life of Barbara.
A&E, the network that hosts their show, issued this statement: "“They all decided unanimously they should celebrate the wedding and her life."
My sympathies go out to these guys, and my congrats on the wedding as well. I've watched this show a few times, and even though Dog and Beth rock the most fantastic mullets you've ever seen, it's evident that they are a close family. Best of luck to them in their marriage, and with dealing with such a tragedy.
