This is some reporter doing one of those investigative things about a woman who was stealing money. At some point, her husband decides to kick the crap out of the reporter. The camera guy, of course, does nothing at all.
Now I don't have sound, so I don't know what the bitch was going on about, but I like watching a good beatdown.
