I fucking LOVE South Park. Anybody who watched last night should know why. I thought the episode was a potshot at the whole Scientology episode getting pulled at the last minute, which was hilarious. But turns out, they were trying to make a statement about the whole fiasco in Denmark over the political cartoons. When the newest South Park was in the works, Comedy Central decreed that they could not show the Muslim prophet Muhammad. So hilarity ensues with this two part episode, wherein Family Guy is the cartoon in question for daring to show Muhammad in their cartoon.
Matt Parker and Trey Stone kick ass. I'm so building an altar to them in my apartment for me to worship every day. They even had a "psych!" beginning of the second episode that made you think the actual episode had been pulled and replaced with a very special Terrance & Phillip show, a la the April Fool's Joke the guys pulled a few years ago with the "Who is Cartman's Dad" episode. Oh it was awesomeness.
If you hate South Park, you have no soul, I have decided. It is true.
