A judge has ordered that Charlie Sheen stay at least 300 feet away from his soon-to-be ex-wife Denise Richards and their kids, except for visitation, which he will get one day a week, ONLY if under supervision.
Sheen had asked that all phone conversations between him and Richards be recorded, and a judge allowed that.
