The newest is-she-preggo rumor is about Avril Lavigne. Hard to tell by this picture, and I really have no clue. She could be pregnant, and she could just be fat. Other rumors are that she's gonna marry her fiance in secret, so who knows. Could be a Canadian shotgun wedding? Bah.
