Stories were flying yesterday afternoon, that DFS had gone out to the home of Britney Spears and K Fed to respond to a complaint about how baby Sean Preston was being treated. Then Star Magazine ran some article that SP had fallen out of his high chair while eating, and a few days later he was groggy and whiney so Britney to him to ER, where they called the DFS because he had a minor concussion. (Of course, Star ran with the headline "HE HAS A SKULL FRACTURE!!" because it's more dramatic.) Then another story ran saying DFS was there to close the case on the whole baby-on-the-lap thing from a few months ago. I didn't post anything, because I had no idea what was going on.
Now I think all that happened was someone made a bogus claim, and the DFS went out to clear it up. They said they respond to ALL claims whether they have merit or not, and that they closed the case there in the house, that the baby was fine. When asked, K Fed said that Sean Preston was doing just fine.
